KEEPING A HEALTHY HEARING.

Ear is one of  the five senses human being have.when you loss it,is certain that you may not recover it again.therefore every effort should be geared towards protecting it always,ear is important to human being,for this purpose i would share some tips that can help to keep your ear in the safe side.
Stay away from loud devices, loud noise exposes   a sensitive part of your ear to  a serious danger,devices like headphone or earbuds that usually send noise direct to the inner ear where the sensitive cell is situated,
Some people are fun of playing  music so loud especially in a quiet environment,it has being advised to use not more than 60% volume when using earbuds or headphone, loud  noise is not advisable,the loud volume can cause a heavy damage to  your inner ear which could lead to partial or total hearing loss.

There are major steps to take while working in a factory especially where heavy  machines makes  lots of disturbing noise,
Protect your ear drum,by wearing a earplugs this can go a long way to guide your ear as  heavy noise continue rolling in your   working place. as you know any hearing loss will affect your life negatively,you should also  know that hearing loss as a result of heavy noise exposure can be permanent without cure. as we know music has taken over, both at home in a gathering places or in an events,one should  be careful to avoid damaging tinnitus which can gradually lead  to, not enjoying conversation with our loves one,either at working place ,in school or at home.

Cotton swabs should be avoided,medical experts including audiologist have encouraged people not to use cotton swabs to remove any dirt from their ear,because it impacted wax to punturing their eardrum.in a clear word it means that nothing should be placed inside the ear either to scratch or remove any dirty from the eardrum.the work of ear wax is to continue keeping our ear moist and to protect our ear from dusty  conditions that could block our ear drum from proper hearing.
so many people are unaware that cotton swabs can remove wax from their ear there by exposes their ear into danger.wax is very important to the ear,because it protect ear from dust and any other things that can harm our ear.so when you remove this wax from your ear,it means you open the door for this germs to come   and dwell in your ear, which can caused a lots harm to your hearing.

Keep your ear dry all the time,the reason is that ear canal have a delicate skin in it,which is also called waterproofed and is working hand in hand with the wax to protect any germs or bacteria from entering into the ear for permanent stationing,but there are certain problems  which could try to over shadow this two element,especially when a water entered into the ear during bathing or swimming.due to the chemical at the pool or soap used to bath,proper care should be taken when  swimming or bathing to avoid those problems.
allowing your ear to be wet is not good for your health,it can turn to  a breeding ground for bacteria,because bacteria does not   appreciate tidy places.keeping  your ear very dry is very important.

You should strive to control your stress level,stress do cause hearing loss, there is a  fragile hair  at the inner  ear which depend on  regular blood circulation that comes together with oxygen.for this reason when you are stressful circulation of blood  into the inner ear could also be hindered and that can  result to hearing loss.
try to observe when you are so stress up,you may observe some sound  coming from your ear.this is a sign of stress,controlling your level of stress can go along away, because those  strange sound coming from your ear can easily damage  your hearing.

Some people have developed the habit of  taking drugs beyond their Doctors prescriptions.
taking drugs outside  the prescription of the Doctors are dangerous, certain drugs like pain reliever and antibiotics may cause damage to ear.it can destroy the hearing  element in your ear, to avoid hearing loss you should take prescriptions from the expert all the time.

regular exercises is helpful because of  the  frequent blood circulation to the inner ear cell through the penetration of oxygens,
health expert always encourage people to embark on regular exercise because they know its important not only to our body but is good to our hearing system as well.
to visit a health expert in regular basis is also very important
visiting your physician regularly to test your hearing capacity should be taken seriously so as to get advise on the next step to take  should in case  any symptom is existing,this will help  to avoid late rushing.
