Papayas is  a fruits known in other African countries as pawpaw,the fruits is green in color when is yet  to ripe,but when it ripped the  color of the fruit turns to yellow,papayas has its  seed inside which can not be seeing until the pawpaw is pealed, the fruits varies depending the size of the fruits,this fruits is not just a fruit it also  contained so many varieties of mineral and vitamin that is beneficial to human health,just like i mention let me clarify the contents of this sweet fruit.
