MEANING OF BALANCED DIET

Many people do not understand the meaning of balanced diet.some people thought is a mixture of some selected  ingredient in a particular food .but balanced diet simply means a healthy diet that help improve the overall nutrient in the body,which ranges from macronutrients , micronutrients and regular calories.consuming lower calories  can not help,calories enable kidney functioning,it also  help your heart function normally,activities that need muscle  calories can take care of that,calories can metabolized your body cells. there are different types of food one can eat in order to function as a human being optimally, is called balance diet.
is important to know that for one to get a huge balanced diet you  need enough calories in your body at least up to 2000 calorie to be consumed in a daily basis.because you need enough energy to do your daily.activities.
*Fresh fruits and vegetable is one of this varities your body need,fruits is  recognized as the main source of vitamin and mineral,fruits plays  a significant role to prevent diseases especially the chronic ones .eating significant amount  of fruits can assists  human being to avoid deficiencies of  vitamin A,and C.it is widely recognized that people who consumed fruits a lots ,have a chance of  reducing the risk of  diseases that are chronic.fruits combine a lot of  nutrients such as potassium, which reduces the risk of heart related  diseases and cases  of kidney stone,potassium  is a sources of  help to  reduced losses of bone as you grow older. eating much fruits can help reduce the  chance of falling a victim of  cardiovascular illness such as type two diabetes and even stroke.it is recommended that fruits should be eating every day.
* vitamin  is a compound of organic, it contain an essential nutrient which organism regularly  requires a limited amounts of it,fiber is also a tissues  found in vegetable which contain varieties of substance such as lignin,  pectin,cellulose which breaks the walls of indigestive system in the body.digestive problems such as gastrointestinal,loss of blood is recognized as the major cause of deficiency of iron in both men and women especially in post menopausal period.consuming vitamin C,regularly  can eradicates the root causes of this illness headlong before it even manifest it's ugly head.

*Whole grain  is very rich in fibers  and does not contain starchy element, it plays the roles of  helping body regulate weight and the blood sugar level and calories, whole grain do digest without much struggling. whole grain contributes to boost some species called lachnospira bacteria   that extract nutrients and also regulate metabolism which help to protect against infections and illnesses.whole grain is consumed world wide,is ideal for  people with overweight. 

*Proteinous food is very essential to human body,protein build body cells and repairs weak tissues.protein is a very important pillar of muscles,skin,cartilage,bones and blood.protein most be part of your daily diet.proteinous food are highly rich in both taste and nutrients,
 foods such as beans,fish and egg are high in proteins,this class of food help body to fight diseases and infections,it serves as a wall against any bacteria that  wanting to affect human cells,proteinous food like cheese cottage,egg,chicken breast,milk,yogurt,broccoli,fish and beans are highly proteinous and capable of protecting your body from illness and infections
*Protein deficiency have a lots of negative implications to health,it can lead to heart related diseases,such as blood clotting,people that suffers from this condition are at the risk of thrombosis which  gradually lead to deep vein  this usually occur mostly in the deep legs or arms.
lack of balance diet especially proteinous food is a deficiency that exposes you to illness.
