HOW TO AVOID LATE NIGHT EATING.

Food is very essential to the body,which means without food no body can perform amicably, food is the life wire of every human being,it is estimated that eating three times a day will assists  human body to perform optimally and as well live a healthy lifestyle and function as a human being.when human being failed to eat properly different types of illness will occur, and it will render the person useless,that's why nature have provided us with numerous food that contains vitamins and minerals so as to equip human system to  remain healthy and fits. even though hardship and economic constrains have denied millions of world population this chance of healthy living due to lack of  enough food to eat.but with the little food the world population is managing,this has gone a long way to sustain lives,because any food you eat,you contributes one or more vitamin in your body system,
 because there are different foods that belong to different class of human system which is packed with vitamins and minerals for effective body functioning. 
 different  classes  of food  are very essential to humanbeing which can be classify one after the other in this writting,first on the list is namely
*carbohydrates, is a source of energy for the  entire body.function of carbohydrates in human body is to provide and store energy,and also  to enable body to build macromolecules and preserved fats and protein for other parts of body to use.because energy such as Glucose is stored as glycogen,majority of this energy is stored in  liver and muscle to enable all part of our body to  function normally after collecting their shares from the store house which is the liver,
Another class of food  which takes care of preventing body from catching diseases and infections protein.
*protein has all what is takes to restore all the breakable tissues in the body system.protein is also packed with hormones,enzymes and several body chemicals,protein is a block builder which help to build cartilage,blood,bones,muscles in association with carbohydrates and fat, protein also have macronutrient which human body need  a significant amount of it to sustain the body.

*fat is also known as cholesterol scientifically and other fatty acids, human body can not  store  energy and also protect our organs  on its own,fat help to protect our vital organs in  our body.fat is the protector of human body cells,no human flesh can do without it,fat is also known as the store house for the essential vitamin such as vitamins K,E.D, and A 

*vitamins, vitamins are important element, in the body for instance vitamin B12,which assist human body to form red cells in the blood ,vitamins help to form a pillar for a healthy bone and healthy teeth,mucus in human membranes,vitamin assist soft tissue to remain healthy,this vitamin plays a significant role in our body by neutralizing  the protein which is part of  some chemical reaction in our body
*mineral,without mineral body can not carry its daily activities,mineral assist body to develop very well,human body can hardly grow without mineral,it help to build a very strong bone,other mineral assist human hormones for normal heartbeat therefore mineral  is very  essential to the body.
* water,  water is also vital, human body need at least 8 liters of water daily to regulates  the system for maximum performance.
however eating any types of  foods have its particular time for instance eating purriache yam at launch hour is okay with the body,while eating fatty food at meals is dangerous for human body,due to its uneasy digestion at the sleeping hour.  because forcing yourself  to  eat a particular food   at night have its dire consequences.late night eating has  gone a long way causing havoc to people"s health.
*Reasons to totally avoid late night eating
1,gaining weight.
eating late at night can increase body weight,due to the weakness of  the metabolism at night ,those food can hardly digest  especially when you must have gone  to sleep.when  a body system is congested,metabolism finds it difficult to stimulate food into the body system,there by over loading the digesting system,when this happened,human body accumulate excessive fat there by leading over weight.

2,problems during night sleep.
you can imagine  going to bed with late night  food in your belly,it can be nightmare   because of the conspication which associated with indigestion of such late night food.proper digestion does not take place at night due to less human activities during sleeping hours,medical experts advised public to eat  meals at least before 7:pm to enable  metabolism do its work properly.

3,frequent urination at night.
when your system  is  weak and uncapable to digest especially at night,or when your body system failed to digest properly,all will result to  accumulation of  carbohydrates into the system and the only way such  carbohydrates can go out of  human system at a time like that is frequent urination at night,food should be eating earlier enough to enable  your body system assimilate all the fatty food you eat before going to bed.
