Deadly parasite

Malaria is a disease that is infectious,it is caused by a female mosquito which is also called plasmodium, this is a parasite which belong to a species, the plasmodium are of four types, plasmodium vivax, plasmodium oval, plasmodium falciparum, and plasmodium malariae, the deadly among the four is plasmodium vivax and the plasmodium falciparum, the other two are not to be compared to the one i mentioned above.
the plasmodium can spread the infection on both human and animals, however the two cannot infect each other, neither human infect animals, nor animals infect human being with this deadly parasite, plasmodium symptom cannot just  be feel as soon  as the mosquito bite a person, but it takes some days depending  on the strength of the parasite.because  incubation period most surely take place, during the incubation period the female mosquito  reproduce parasite into  human or animal blood stream, and it's move gradually down to the  liver, where they lay more parasite or egg on the human blood.
By the time the victim begins to notice any symptom this parasite has taken over the blood cells.however the time through which plasmodium put its victim to notice the symptom cannot be specify,it depend on the strength of the infection.some parasite can get up to 8/10 days  before the symptom appear.
Malaria symptom. can be, feel in the following ways,
*headache'
*tiredness,
*vomiting.
*unnecessary sleeping around
*general body weakness.
in some cases the patient can be feeling cold while sweating at thesame time, several people feel their malaria symptom only at night, but when the day breaks, the symptoms disappeared this could happened like some days.before the full blown  malaria shows up.malaria can lead to miscarriage especially if the patient is infected  with falciparum malaria.which is why the world health organization set aside 25 April of every year to remind the world of the danger associated with malaria, how to go about treating the parasite, guideline for preventing  mosquito bite is also in the top agenda of the world health organization.
However  Nigerian has benefitted alots from the issues concerning malaria, world health organization is not sillence as well.because
in August 2017 the world health organization  estimated that 10,000 souls could be saves before November of that year if more fund are secured through malaria prevention and control.
Due to the  Boko haram conflicts in the north eastern Nigeria, some 3.7 million people could be at the risk of malaria according to the W.H.O.the organization also estimated  that 8,500 persons are infected with the deadly parasite in Borno state alone.in 2015, there were not fewer than 200 million cases of malaria globally and 437,000 death world wide and the  most cases occur in Africa.
Approximately half of the world population is at the high risk of malaria according to W.H.O, in 2015 alone 429,000 out of 212 million cases died as a result of malaria related issues globally.

Malaria can be prevented through regular sleeping on the mosquito treated net and regular sanitation of our environment.malaria is also curable.because  for the passed 15 years or there about effort has being   geared towards prevention of the spread of the deadly parasite, and the strength of malaria have being drastically reduced, for instance the mortality rate has dropped by more than 60%,there by preventing 6 million deaths.therefore malaria can be diagnosed by Doctors by checking the following,

*whether you have malaria?

*what types of malaria do you have?

*your infection is it caused by a parasite that has resistance to

 certain drugs?

*if at all the disease has cause any havoc ?

*Doctor will also check if your private organ has being affected.
the drugs to administer to any malaria patient is Artemisinin based therapy (ACT)it is recommended by the world health organization.this drug is gotten from a plan called Artemisia annua, which is also known as sweet wormwood, the plan is known to be the best  for stopping the mosquito parasite from spreading to the blood stream.
