NEGATIVE EFFECT OF WORRYING.

Worrying is a negative state of mind set on something continuously without taken your mind off it.
worrying is not a solution to the problems.it rather increases the problems to an  uncontrollable level.worrying is a threat to  positive solution;worriness generates a lots of ill effect to human body and soul.worriness can mature to  anxiety,
*high level of anxieties.
anxieties is caused by a high level of worriness .anxiety is also known as a step further to a higher blood pressure. million of people have died as a result of  worriness, jus as 7 people died  every  2 second world wide as a result of stress and anxieties according to  (Richmond Hypnosis center April 12,2013)the victims of anxieties find their selves in depression,heart disease, and some self destructive lifestyle such as smoking, alcoholism, and drugs that causes more harm to the body,they thought  drinking and smoking   can assists them finding some  little solem to their worriness.

worriness causes panic,you will experience  a kind of extreme fear of the unknown,fear and panicking discourages people from achieving the positive life style.the more you panic the more such situations increases,to do away with such panic,you need to find a solution to that particular problem,

anxieties forces its victims to see every body around as a problem.
worrying can cause some one to loss their friends and loves one,because of the worrying nature of your mind you may see  every body around you   as  your enemies.
worrying can spoil your day.
you may no longer fulfill and follow your daily schedule as result  of worriness,because it  have occupied your mind,making your mind unsettled and it will spoil almost everything about your day,
worrines can let you to negative life styles such aseating much than you deserved.
worrying can cause you to eat much food than you deserved,it can developed  excessive smoking habits  than they do,they  tend to feel alright by taking those things they consumed in excessiveness.
worrying does not differentiates  between man and woman.
anxieties doesn't know boundaries,it can happened to man or   woman.
However minor anxiety is positive,
minor anxiety such as anxiety for exam and job interviews.
when you worry about exam or interviews is okay,it can help you prepare very well,because you want to put on your best,with such worrying your spirit will be high,
But there are procedure for doing away with anxieties,
for you to do away with your anxieties you need to take a second look at the following. 
*regular exercise
*discuss your problems to your doctors.
*avoid drink much caffeine'
*know your problems and try to do away with it,
*eat good foods.
*have yourself a good relaxation.
worriness is never a solution to a problems insteads it increases sorrows to the existing one,worrying about job interview,or attending a serious meeting that will foster progress to the entire community is a positive worriness.and it can lead to future happines your soul.but negatives worriness should be avoided.
