THINGS TO AVOID DURING PREGNANCY.

Pregnancy is a huge  moment for every woman ,some of the pregnant women are not aware  they are pregnant within the hours of conception. pregnancy can last as long as 266 days for an average,before a woman   conceived many things changes in their regular feelings, first among this changes is,they stop seeing their monthly period,some pregnant women  regularly feel sick every  morning for at least one month,though some women experience  this symptom more than  one month after they  become pregnant.some changes that can take place is  their  skin,swelling face while some  can be notice through appearance of  pimples upon their forehead,even though  most women sees their sign of pregnancy by changes on their nipple, whatever sign you see at the early stage of your pregnancy it means the same thing,as a pregnant woman there a lots of things to avoid during pregnancy,for the safety  of a pregnant woman and the safety of the unborn fetus  as well.those things to avoid are as follows.
exercise is  healthy for both the pregnant woman and the fetus,exercises assists pregnant woman to maintain balance fitness even though there is no specific amount of exercise prescribe for a pregnant women,but there  are some noticeable games which seems threatful to all pregnant women,and games to avoid are
 foot ball, tennis,boxing,wrestling,weight lifting, all this game should be avoided for some reasons,due to the nature of fattic associated with this games it may lead to severe consequences such as bleeding,  lost of pregnancy,and even deaths.
and there are some certain foods to avoid as pregnant women.millions of pregnant women died yearly especially in developing countries as a result of improper eating habits by the pregnant women,therefore there are good numbers of foods and meat to be avoided by all pregnant women.the following should be avoided.
*.Avoid liver products.
liver products is enriched with vitamin and minerals,and highly enriched with vitamin A,and too much of  it can cause birth defect most especially during the first month of the pregnancy.

*,Avoid shell fish,it contain a lots of contamination in it,
only if you can cook the shell fish very well,before you eat it,otherwise avoid it,because of the contamination associated with this types of fish.

*Avoid cheese,if possible any types of cheese,because soft cheese contain bacteria that causes listeria  infection on  pregnant women.

*Avoid uncooked beef, or( red meat) poultry,for the risk associated with the above meats due to the  contamination of bacteria called coli form,and other bacteria like  salmonella,toxoplasmosis,deli meat which is highly contaminated with listeria that causes miscarriage for pregnant women,there fore such meat should be avoided  to stop harming their pregnancy,many women had died as a result pregnancy related issues,most especially the number one killers of pregnant women is miscarriage,this occur also as a result of cervix weakness,when cervix is weak,it can longer hold the unborn baby inside the womb,the weakness of cervix occur ussually at the second what is called trimester,which means a period of three month pregnancy,when the above mentioned instruction is taken lives can be saved.
