Eye is an essential part of human organ.is one of the five  sense organ human being uses to see and perform  its daily activity,

(accoding to wikipedia .org,eye is a complex optical system which collects light from the surrounding environment,regulates its intensity through a diaphragm focuses it through an adjustible assembly of lense to form an image into a set of electrical signals and transmits these signal to the eye)

eye is the light of the body,it transfers  reaction of light  and colors as a sense organ,about 90% of  eye related problems has being the burden of the developing nations of the world,because of their negligence on treatable illness that affect them by their government of this  developing countries. about 39million people are blind globally.  there are numbers of way through which eye can be protected, 
                                            There are different method through which eye can be protected,
 To protect your eye from direct contact with the sun light,you need sun glasses to shield your lenses from damaging.because  glasses endure a lots of hardness than a human  eye.                                                                                                                                                   You must stop putting finger into your eyes you may probably hurt your eye,your eye may  turn red or alots of damaged could be done to retina,
 Human fingers is always   in touch with different kind of elements for that reason is possible to contact diseases through fingers,frequent rubbing of eyes with finger can effect your  eye safety.                                                                                                whenever you involve in sports make sure you shield your eye very well,sports such as racquetball,tennis,baseball can pose a very serious injury for eye.                                                                          Sports men and women are always in danger of  harming their eye,because the  result shows that more than 200,000 'sports men and women are suffering from eye related problems as a result of injuries they sustain in their eye in the field of their verious professions

Eye must also be protected from dusty conditons dust flying  from the air is dangerous for eye. dust causes a lots of problems to human eyes, serious care must be taken to protect eye from direct contact  to the dust.

Doctor should be visited in regular basis .                                 Visiting a Doctor in  regular basis to examining your eyes is very important as this would enable the  doctor to ascertain the condition of your eyes,its help to notice the unusualness on time and take a prompt action to avoid  a very severe  future problems.                                                                                                                                You can apply eye drop when you are suffering from dry eye.           For those that suffered from dry eye ,eye drop would go a long way to soften your eye and also help to cleans your eyes from dangerous particles that could harm your eye in the future
 You also need  a very good sleep to help your eye  get relieve from the stress.
good sleeping enable human eye to function optimally,try to sleep regularly it  sustain  healthy eye
Avoid straining your eye like watching television for longer hours ,browsing for long should be discouraged ,if possible use sunglasses to operate computer if you want to browse for longer hours.when you are  reading make sure you use good light to avoid damaging you eyes
