Higher Blood pressure has become the reasons for many people"s Dead around  the world.no nation is exceptional,many people are carriers of   high  blood pressure without their knowledge.the symptoms of higher blood pressure is not known,for this reason many people had even died unexpectedly,higher blood pressure is caused by speedy beating of  heart there by forcing  the heart to pump the blood into human brain in a speedy alarming rate.

*Reduced the consumption of sodium(salt)
people with the history of high blood pressure in their family are conscious of consuming salt ,too much of salt intake  has plays a significant risk in the  increase of  higher blood pressure in our societies.

*Always insists on  food and fruits that contain potassium,
 eating fruits and food that contain potassium such as potatoes,banana,water melon and the rest of the vegetables can lower the blood pressure tremendously.

*Eat dark chocolate in regular basis,
eating dark chocolate regularly lowers the blood pressure.dark chocolate contained mainly cocoa.
*Drink tea all the time as it help immensely,
drinking tea at least three times daily can lower .
the high blood pressure.

*Endeavor to avoid processing food such as bugger,sausage role ,ice creams and sugary food,this types of food is full of industrial condiment that may contributes to high blood pressure.
avoiding refine foods, to based your feeding on natural supplement can also go a long way to lower your blood pressure.

you must also take some step to control high blood pressure,
try and lose more pound,always observe your weight,because the more weight the higher the  risk of  higher blood pressure ,exercise regularly,combine this with healthy diets.reduce the amount of alcoholic drinks you take or  cut it completely,avoid caffeine as well.avoid smoking and always have some rest,because stress contributes to blood pressure. the world health organization  estimated  7.5 million people died of blood pressure globally.and the caused of coronary heart related illness including hemorrhagic stroke has being related to higher blood pressure. the risk of cardiovascular diseases is also related to  higher blood pressure,,
