HOW TO CURE PAINFUL MENSTRUATION.

Menstruation is also known as monthly period,is something women experience in a monthly basis,is a discharge of blood and mucosal tissue which occure from the  inner lining of the uterus via vagina.
the discharge is occuring as a prepation for pregnancy,this bleeding is not a fault in any way atall.

However there are some women that goes through painful menstruations,and the primary cause of this  is a dysmenorrhea this condition affecting  the uterus and other pelvic organs such as  endometriosis or  uterine, fibroids can also cause it, over 20% of women sufferes from this painful experience globaly according to Academy  of family physician of the united states of America.this issues affect the monthly period  normal activities ,some women also  experience dizziness diarrhea ,nausea,vomiting and different types of  unhealthy    feelings.
painful menstruation known as  dysmenorrhea in medical terms or monthly period,seriously affect women in the area of dullness,annoying severe to extrem menstrual period, this occurs after ovulation ,when  a womb egg is released from the ovaries that travels down to the fallopian tube.
this pains occurs in the  abdomen  and lower back,this occurs normally 1 to 2 days when mestruation is  about to occure, and it lasts from 2 up to 4 days.this pain is associated with the process of menstruation ,in other words this pains occurs when  menstruation is about to take place in women,\

*The causes of painful menstruation.
approximately if after 28 days there is no sperm that will fertilize the egg,the uterus contracts begins to expel it lining hormone that looks like substances whic is called prostaglandins which trigger this process of painful menstruation.
Prostagladins are chemicals that normally form in a lining of the uterus in the time of menstruation they causes  muscle contractions and pains that looks similar to labor pains, as this can as well contribute to diarrhea ,this contraction hinderd the blood flow to the lining of the uterus,this could also happen as a result of high levels of leukotrienes during menstruation.

if this occurs on person under the age of 25,it is advice to see the physician on time to avoid developing to the  chronic types.

*How to treat painful menstruation.
if the pain is an identifiable medical condition such as endomentriosis  uterine,pelvic,fibriods diseases which is inflammatory which is a secondary dysmennorrhea.can be treat over the counter,medication are available to treat those diseases,
painkiller is also can be administer,such as naproxen, ibuprofen this types of treatment is called nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs.NSAIDs, this treatment can  be used  to reduce menstrual pains.

some times in a severe conditions hormonal birth control pills can be administered to prevent ovulation and to put end to the severity of painful menstruation.
in some cases the pills that controls birth can be continuously used without any break.which will lead to stopping of bleeding completely.

another types of birth control is vaginal rings patches as well as injection, which could be also helpful in decreasing painful menstruation.
however if the pains is occuring due to  a medical condition such as fibroid,it may need surgery to remove the  strange tissue from the woman womb.

*How to prevent painful menstruation.
there are several  ways through which painful menstruation can be avoid.

1,eat enough fruits.

2,consumed alots of vegetable,

3,limit the intake of alcoholics drinks,

4,limit consuption of salt, sweets beverages and caffeine,

5,make sure you exercise regularly.

6,reduce stressing yourself.

if at all the  first treament fails to work within few days, such patients shoul return to the Doctor for more examination and more invasive type of therapy may be applied on the patients

*you can also use transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
