Benefit of sleeping early.

Welcome to gwazechristopher blog. specifically i would be focusing my regular blog post on simlpe tips on healthy living. there is an African word that says (health is wealth)which is why my  blog would be  based on health related issues,as i stated ealiar  without health human being is bound to  fall  a victims of diverse illness, every huma being deserved healthy life style eating good food,drink clean water,breath a healthy air, sleep on time,doing everything possible to remain healthy is the  focus of this blog. hustling every day to put something in your mouth does not mean one can not sleep during the day hours,absolutely you are free to sleep during the day hours if you are less busy this would restor a healthy tissues in your body it  conservates energy and replenish brain glycogen level in human.and sevral other benefits human being derives from sleeping.
sleeping is the only thing a human being can do to remain alive for so many years.
I want to high light some factors that lack of sleep can caused

Weak immune,lack of good sleeping can affect human immune from performing it's       daily activities   weak immune can also expose body from getting infections such  as  running nose and headache

*Severe body pains,when a body failed to rest normally,it  can result to a severe body pains,which could happened  as a result of over stress the body has pass through.

*Low brain performance when a student  over  read without giving himself to a good rest ,such student can not   perform very well in the class activities such as quiz and exams.

*low sex performance,a stress body can not be able to perform sexually.due to the weakness of the body, immune and lack of urge for sex ,it happens to all sexes,

 *Increase on the blood pressure.people
who suffer from the high blood pressure can be at the risky side if  they can not create some long
hours to sleep.sleeping is very important for every body especially at night,
  human being need at least 7/8 hours sleeping at night if you  really want to maintain a healthy life style.
